Conference fee

Your conference fee covers access to all your conference activities, materials, meals and networking events, including:

  • General sessions
  • Keynotes
  • Breakout sessions
  • Solutions Showcase
  • Industry Roundtables
  • User Group meetings
  • Breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks on both Wednesday 5/13 & Thursday 5/14
  • PLUS the Welcome Reception and the TotalConnection Party, for networking you won’t want to miss!

*Note: Conference fee does not cover the optional pre-conference “hands-on” worskhops. Due to limited space, the pre-conference workshops are reserved for users attending the conference and are held Monday 5/11 and Tuesday 5/12. Class fees cover breakfast, lunch and all workshop materials.

Group rate

Go as a group, and save even more! Save an additional $50 off the conference rate per person when you register three or more paying attendees from the same organization. To qualify, simply register your team online. Group discount is valid through May 8, 2009. Payment must accompany registrations. 

Cancellations & No-Shows

All cancellations received in writing by April 10, 2009 will be refunded, less a $150.00USD processing fee. A $150 USD processing fee also applies for each pre-conference workshop cancellation received in writing by April 10, 2009. These terms apply to all TotalConnection 2009 attendees.

No registration fees (conference or pre-conference workshops) will be refunded after April 10, 2009. Substitutions can be made at any time but must be submitted via email and sent to TotalConnection@sumtotalsystems.com, or via fax (attn: TotalConnection 2009) to 650.962.9411.

Payment

Payments accepted include: American Express, Visa/MasterCard and check. Attendees paying by check must print out their confirmation and mail a copy with their payment. Checks must arrive by the discount deadline (April 3, 2009) to qualify for early bird rate and should be made payable to SumTotal Systems, Inc. Please mail to:

Guest Policy

For an additional charge, guests of TotalConnection 2009 attendees may attend the Welcome Reception (Tuesday, May 12, 2009) and/or the TotalConnection Networking Party (Wednesday, May 13, 2009). Guest passes are for adults only and can be purchased online. You may also contact us at  TotalConnection@sumtotalsystems.com to make the necessary arrangements.

Guest Pass Fees:

  • Welcome Reception (5/12):  $100
  • TotalConnection Networking Party (5/13):  $100
  • Party Package: Passes to both Welcome Reception & Networking Party: $200
