Arun Chandra, Chief Executive Officer, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Arun Chandra joined SumTotal Systems as chief executive officer in October 2008, tasked with guiding the company’s strategy and managing global operations. Chandra brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience to his position and is a driven leader with general management, strategic marketing, and operational skills in global markets.

Chandra is a veteran of Hewlett-Packard where he began his career as a software engineer in 1985. During his 20-year tenure at Hewlett-Packard, Chandra held many general management and senior functional leadership positions. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science, Chandra additionally,holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from Ohio State University and an MBA from Santa Clara University.


Jon Ciampi, VP of Product Management, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Jon Ciampi, VP of Product Management at SumTotal Systems oversees activities for all of the company's product marketing and management organizations, while driving the ongoing development of corporate product strategy.

Ciampi previously served as vice president and general manager of Performance Management and On Demand Solutions Strategy for SumTotal, where he built the company's market leadership in the performance management industry. Ciampi's executive management career also includes roles as vice president of marketing and product management and senior director of product management for SumTotal.  Ciampi holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University of the Pacific.


Kevin Oakes, CEO and co-founder of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp)

Kevin is the CEO and co-founder of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), the world’s largest private network of corporations focused on improving workforce productivity. Kevin has been a leader in the human capital field for the last 15 years, and was most recently the President of SumTotal Systems, which he helped create in 2003 by merging Click2learn with Docent.

Kevin is currently a member of the board of directors of SumTotal.Prior to the formation of SumTotal, Kevin was the Chairman & CEO of Click2learn (formerly Asymetrix), which was founded in 1985 by Paul Allen, co-founder of Microsoft. Prior to joining Click2learn, Kevin was president and founder of Oakes Interactive, an award winning technology-based training company in Needham, Massachusetts. Oakes Interactive was purchased by Asymetrix in 1997, which Kevin helped take public a year later. Completing a five-year board term, Kevin was the 2006 Chairman of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), which is the largest association in the world dedicated to workplace learning and performance with a global membership of over 70,000 members. Kevin is the 2008 Chair of the ASTD Board Selection Committee, and also serves on ASTD’s editorial board of advisors.


Angela Rose, Director of Talent Technologies, American Cancer Society

Angela Rose is the Director of Talent Technologies for the American Cancer Society at the National Home Office in Atlanta, Georgia. Angela has over 15 years experience in system and process implementation, consulting, and data conversions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems with expertise in relational database management and a certification as Senior Professional Human Resources.


Ann Hackett, Assistant Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, H&R Block

Ann Hackett, Assistant Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, joined H&R Block in May 2007.  She is responsible for leadership, team, and associate development; performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes; and organization strategy, culture, and engagement. 

Before joining H&R Block, Ann spent 20 years in the talent management field in both consulting and non-consulting roles.  Ann has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University.

Helen Hutchison, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Helen Hutchison is a Senior Product Specialist and has twenty plus years experience in the software industry, 12 years in software training and 15 years as a systems analyst/programmer. During her 10 years at SumTotal, Helen has consulted on the effective implementation and use of TotalLMS and companion products with many customers from a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, financial services, military, and retail. She has successfully facilitated both standard and customized configuration workshops and TotalLMS training. Helen has played a crucial role with our rollout and support of our HROs and BPOs. She has a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University.

Jay Chiasson, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Jay Chiasson - Senior Product Specialist, start his WBT/CBT career 17+ years ago with AimTech Corporation as the Senior Technical Instructor. Joining SumTotal 11 years ago, Jay conducted many ToolBook Instructor and Assistant training sessions and began training LCSM since its inception. He has since conducted several TotalLCMS workshops, webinars, and demonstrations with much success.

Margaret Headley, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Margaret Headley has 25 years combined experience with Learning Management Systems. She has taught classes as well as consulted with clients on automating, streamlining and implementing their learning management systems. Currently Margaret provides configuration expertise for clients who are implementing an LMS for the first time, upgrading an existing LMS, or converting from another learning management system.

Dawn Cassidy, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

A 20-year veteran of developing and implementing learning and organizational development programs, Dawn Cassidy is SumTotal’s Senior Director of Global Talent Management. Dawn takes a hands-on approach to talent management for customers and SumTotal’s own global workforce. Along with her accountability for driving Talent Management within the SumTotal organization, over the past 10 years Dawn has developed solutions for Citigroup, Allstate, Sovereign Bank, the United Nations, Liz Claiborne, Prudential, and numerous other large organizations. Prior to joining SumTotal, Dawn had an active career as an organizational development consultant.

Sandy McQueen, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Sandy McQueen is a Senior Product Specialist with a background in Education from Early Childhood thru Adult Education.   Sandy shares extensive consulting experience dealing with compliance process development and documentation.  In the three years she has been with SumTotal Sandy has consulted on the effective implementation and use of TotalLMS and Performance Management with customers from a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, financial services, automotive and software.  Sandy is a successful facilitator of our standard and customized configuration workshops and TotalLMS training and holds a BBA in Management from University of Phoenix.  

Stephen Kilpatrick, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

SumTotal consultant Stephen Kilpatrick is a seasoned professional who has been involved in the eLearning industry for over 10 years.  During his 4 years at SumTotal, Steve has worked with enterprise customers across a broad spectrum of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, financial services, government, and retail.  He has conducted numerous public and customer-focused classroom sessions on the use of the SumTotal LMS suite, facilitated successful configuration workshops, and provided general guidance and consultation on the effective use of the LMS.  Steve holds s a BS degree in Systems Analysis and Design from Elmira College as well as a second major in Secondary Education.

Bill Docherty, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Bill Docherty is a leading figure in the international e-learning industry and an acclaimed spokesperson and presenter with more than 17 years' experience in e-learning, software engineering, implementation of enterprise software applications, database development, and most importantly, the integration of technology to meet business objectives. Mr. Docherty's passion for learning technologies that effectively exploit business processes to achieve bottom-line results is a driving force in his current position as Senior Director of Product Management at SumTotal Systems. In this role, he is responsible for interfacing with industry/financial analysts, customers, prospects and partner organizations; spearheading SumTotal Systems' product design, and development of product roadmaps.

Brad Crain, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

As Vice President Engineering, Brad Crain is responsible for SumTotal’s ToolBook and Mainframe solutions. Crain previously held various positions at Click2learn/Asymetrix including Director of Learning Management Systems Engineering and Director of Enterprise Products. Previously, Crain held various engineering positions at Ashton-Tate and Software Publishing Corporation. Crain holds bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from University of California, Berkeley.

Brian Popken, President, Pinneast

Brian Popken was a career Army officer with responsibilities that included the functional design and testing of digital technologies. In this capacity, Mr. Popken headed the Army’s redesign efforts for personnel operations in an advanced digital environment. Furthermore, in the same role Mr. Popken identified and documented knowledge requirements and led the design team for the development of management information systems.  Since joining Pinneast he has focused on designing and developing technology solutions for management processes unique to the e-Learning industry, and on applying advanced digital concepts to custom e-Learning solutions. He is the architect for numerous of Pinneast’s learning products and leads all facets of the company’s operations.  He is a regular speaker and presenter at industry conferences

Chris Bernard, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

For over 5 years Chris Bernard has suppored SumTotal’s Pathlore LMS user base. Starting off his career at SumTotal as an instructor for all Pathlore LMS classes, for almost two years, Chris eventually joined our technical support team.  Currently Chris’s role as Lead Tech Support Analyst involves project managing a number of our larger customers, working to make sure that their technical support needs are met.  Chris and his wife Lyndsay reside in the Columbus, Ohio area with their dog “arf”.  A science fiction reading enthusiast, Chris is an alumni of Bowling Green University graduating Summa Cum Laude.

Cindy Dries, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin

Cindy Dries is the Educational Technology Manager at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and has been with the organization since 2002. Cindy manages the technical education and oversee’s the organization’s learning management system, SumTotal TotalLMS 7.5. Cindy has extensive experience as web-based courseware developer using tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver, CourseBuilder, Captivate as well as ToolBook. With 20 years experience in computer-related industries, Cindy holds a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning.

Coley O’Brien, National Director of Operations Training, Wendy’s International

Coley O’Brien is the National Director of Operations Training for Wendy’s International. Coley has held similar training positions at Sears, Thomson NETg and Arthur Andersen. Coley has also been a frequent presenter at industry conferences such as Elliot Masie’s Learning 2007 & 2008, E-Learning Guild and ASTD International plus ASTD’s TechKnowledge.  Mr. O’Brien holds a Masters degree in Instructional Systems Technology from the University of Indiana.

Corrie Woolcott, MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc.

Corrie Woolcott, joined MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in 2007. As a Performance & Training Consultant, he oversees the LMS Optimization and works strategically with his internal Business Units to ensure TotalLMS helps drive key business intiatives. Other specialties include e-learning design, Human Capital Development, Training & Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness.  Prior to his responsibilities at MedImpact, Mr. Woolcott held similar Performance, Training & Organizational Development management roles at Equity1 Lenders Group, JPMorgan Chase, City of San Diego, Parks and Recreation and kicked off his career as a teacher with the San Diego City School District.  Corrie holds a BA from Education Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and achieved the designation of Human Capital Strategist (HCS) from HCI. Corrie is also working on his MasterHCS and is an active member of ASTD, T+D, HCI, HR.com and e-Learning! associations.

Dan Boccabella, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Dan Boccabella has been with the Performance Management and Compensation Center of Excellence at SumTotal Systems, Inc. (formerly MindSolve Technologies) since 1989.   Since 1994, Dan’s exclusive focus has been in helping leading organizations re-engineer their employee talent management processes.   In 1997, Dan and his two partners founded MindSolve Technologies, Inc., a technology-based company focused on assessing and improving employee performance.  At SumTotal Systems Dan currently acts as Senior Director, Product Management for the Performance Management practice. A recognized expert in performance managemen, Dan has presented at national and regional human resource workshops. Dan holds an MBA and Industrial Engineering degree with High Honors from the University of Florida.

Don Duquette, GP Worldwide

Don Duquette is Executive Vice President of General Physics Learning Solutions Group. In this position he is responsible for the company’s global training outsourcing and learning practices. Mr. Duquette has over 25 years of learning and development experience and is a recognized authority on outsourcing, e-learning and corporate learning and development strategies. His global consulting experience includes the full spectrum of training development and delivery such as web-based, blended learning, and synchronous training. He holds a BS degree (Mechanical Engineering) from Johns Hopkins University and an Executive MBA from Loyola.

Donald R. Walker, Canon USA, Inc.

Donald R Walker, is the Sr. Manager of Education and Training for the Systems & Technical Support division at Canon USA, Inc. He has been with Canon for over 20 years and currently manages a department that is responsible for the development and delivery of education and training programs for all imaging systems within Canon USA and our dealer partners.  His department has used the Pathlore Enterprise edition for the past 5 years and prior to that used the Pathlore Classroom edition and before that they were on the Registrar version since 1999 to track instructor led and web-based training. His department first implemented the SumTotalLCMS 2 years ago and now they are in the process of upgrading their LMS to the SumTotal Suite. This department was seeking a comprehensive and user-friendly learning technology solution that would require limited IT support while providing outstanding results in managing student learning.

Eric Theobald, SumTotal Systems

As Practice Director for Legacy Products, Eric Theobald manages the SMILE program and is responsible for working with customers who are on SumTotal legacy products (Aspen, Docent, OnTrack & Pathlore). The program focuses on defining what is needed to meet the customer’s needs on the current system, defining best practices to ease the customers transition so they can benefit from the expanded value offered by the SumTotal Talent Development Suite, as well as management of features on the SumTotal product roadmap to address legacy customer’s needs. Mr. Theobald has been with SumTotal for over 10 years working with fortune 50 companies on their deployment of SumTotal products managing all aspects of their international projects.

Erin Sappington, Vivid Learning Systems

Erin Sappington is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and has spoken to audiences of all generations on topics related to the multigenerational workplace.  In this session Erin combines her first hand experience working in a multigenerational workplace with her experience as an instructional designer and trainer.  Before joining Vivid Learning Systems, Erin worked as a Business Consultant and Trainer for the Missouri Training Institute. Erin has designed and delivered more than 150 training programs for multigenerational audiences and brings an insider’s perspective to the Millennial generation.

Jeff Presseau , SumTotal Systems

Jeff Presseau is a Senior Product Manager with SumTotal Systems. He brings to the role over 15 years of applied talent development experience, having worked with global organizations in transportation and high tech manufacturing. Jeff has led initiatives in the areas of enterprise learning management, content authoring, performance management, 360° feedback, assessment, and surveying. Jeff holds a BS in management and an MA in Organizational Psychology from National-Louis University in Chicago and he is an associate member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). In his role Jeff interfaces with SumTotal customers and other talent development stakeholders to better understand real world talent development needs and is supporting the definition of SumTotal’s product design and roadmaps.

Jennifer Burkle, Wells Fargo

Jennifer Burkle, Learning and Development consultant, joined Wells Fargo in 2002, and has been with the Enterprise Learning and Development team since 2005.  Jennifer held the role of lead analyst during Wells Fargo’s implementation of the SumTotal 7.1 product which included the migration of 5 legacy learning management systems.  She is currently responsible for learning application usage at Wells Fargo including functional consulting, user interface configuration, and learning application governance.  Additionally, she works with her systems partners to design and implement the strategic roadmap for the Wells Fargo learning applications.  Jennifer also collaborates with SumTotal, and many other customers, to influence product development.

Jim Lorbecki, Wyeth

Jim Lorbecki is a Senior Director with over 25 years of Information Services experience in the design, development, implementation and support of pharmaceutical and healthcare system solutions that provide strong business value.  Jim and his team provide business system solutions to various groups across Wyeth in the areas of learning and assessment management, product sampling and compliance, field sales roster, PhRMA code compliance, visiting speaker and consultant support systems, and various back-office sales & marketing systems.

Jody Smrekar, WellPoint, Inc..

Jody Smrekar, has over 9 years of professional experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating performances based curriculum/solutions.   In addition, Mrs. Smrekar has over 4 years of experience with web-based courseware development tools and methods.  In her current role, Jody manages a team of Instructional Designers, eLearning Consultants and LMS Administrators for WellPoint Inc.  Jody also oversees the selection, acquisition, implementation, and integration of eLearning methodologies and technologies.  Along with managing vendor relationships, Jody is also responsible for developing eLearning and Instructional Design best practices, templates and policies and procedures for the healthcare organization. Jody is honored with a CPLP which is an advanced degree in training and development (learning technologies concentration).

Jim Everidge, Rapid Learning Deployment, LLC

Mr. Everidge is the President/CEO of Rapid Learning Deployment, LLC (rapidLD). As a principal and Founder with rapidLD, he oversees the marketing, business development, and learning consulting work for the company. In 2006 alone, rapidLD provided consulting and implementation services for 76 projects and 60 unique customers. These include Allstate, UPS, Cingular Wireless, and Georgia-Pacific Corporation. Prior to founding Rapid Learning Deployment, Mr. Everidge was President of O/E Atlanta, Inc., a training integration company. Over a five year period, Mr. Everidge developed a broad scale training services company including business partnerships with thirty-plus multimedia training companies for product sales and distribution, advisory relationships with eLearning and learning infrastructure companies.

Kathina Vauss, Cuyahoga Community College

Kathina Vauss has been employed as an adjunct facility member and Technology Training Specialist for the Cuyahoga Community College for over 9 years. Kathina is currently a Training and Development Associate in the Office of Training and Development with Cuyahoga Community College serving primarily as the system administrator for the legacy Pathlore Registrar 6.5 solution and their current TotalLMS 7.6 system.

Kerry L. Billingsley, Texas Tech University

Kerry Billingsley, CPLP, is the Managing Director for Quality Service & Professional Development at Texas Tech University. She has been with the university for over 36 years and currently manages a department that is engaged in organizational development and employee learning. Her department has used the Pathlore Classroom edition for the past 13 years to track instructor led training. They are in the process of upgrading to the SumTotal Suite via the Results on Demand solution. This department was seeking a solution that would require limited IT support from the university.

Margaret Headley, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Marla Noble, Citrix.

With over 20 years of experience as an HR and training & organization development professional, Marla Noble currently serves as the Director of Learning and Performance Solutions at Citrix Systems in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There she oversees a global team responsible for learning and development strategy and execution, and performance management practices.  Key focal areas include globalization of learning resources, executive development, management development, learning consultation, and continuous performance improvement.  Marla has been a speaker for local and national ASTD conferences,  Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership conferences, and numerous management and leadership development learning events around the world.  She holds an AA degree in Journalism and a BS degree in Organizational Management, from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

Matt Wilkinson, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Matt Wilkinson, Director of Product Management for SumTotal, is focused on SumTotal’s User Experience and Social Networking/Collaboration strategies. Previously, as Director of OnDemand Operations, Matt lead the rollout of the ResultsOnDemand offering while overseeing the relationships with SumTotal’s Sales and Engineering teams, and partners around SumTotal's SaaS solutions. Matt brings a strong management background in delivering and selling software solutions to both Fortune 100 and small business customers.

Michael Hamaoka, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Michael Hamaoka is a ToolBook software engineer and a regular speaker at web events for SumTotal Systems. He has extensive industry experience assisting corporations and educational institutions with their content authoring projects.

Michael Keppel, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Michael Keppel has over 6 years of experience managing and supporting SumTotal customers, specifically the Pathlore LMS user base.  Based out of SumTotal’s Columbus, Ohio office, Michael began his career as a Technical Support Analyst before being promoted to Senior Analyst.  In his current role as Manager, Technical Support Michael dedicates his time to providing our customers with efficient and professional technical expertise to help solve their issues.

Mihaela Popescu, Spectrum Health.

Mihaela Popescu has been in the IT field for 19 years in various roles: programming, systems analysis, software quality assurance, software training, education coordination, and project management. She comes with experience in the following industries, as a consultant, and employee: Statistical Agency, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare. In the pharmaceutical arena, Mihaela was responsible for the development and implementation of a large scale Global Marketing Portal used worldwide to facilitate collaboration. In her role at Spectrum Health, Mihaela is leveraging her portal and web presence experience to assist in the development, maintenance and support of a better e-learning portal using SumTotal.

Narendra Patil, SumTotal Systems.

Narendra Patil is Director of Product Marketing responsible for Learning and Talent Development solutions at SumTotal. Narendra has over 17 years of product marketing, product management and R&D experience in large software companies as well as startups. Prior to SumTotal, he worked for BEA (acquired by Oracle) as Director of Product Marketing for SOA integration products. As a co-founder of Optimyz a SOA Testing Tools startup, Narendra has several US patents approved for his work in Business Process Testing. His areas of focus & interest are Unified Talent Development, Talent Development in emerging SMB markets and impact of social learning on employee performance.

Paul H. Pearce , V.P. of Sales Support, SumTotal Systems, Inc. .

Paul Pearce brings an extensive background in talent development and its best practices to the team of SumTotal and its customers. He has been with SumTotal for 9 years and has worked with many of the nations largest companies in mapping talent based solutions to their unique business practices. Prior to his position as Vice President of Sales Support, Pearce has worked in lead positions as a technical and business consultant providing companies with technology solutions including building and deploying insurance rate quotation applications for one of the country’s largest insurance companies.

Ray Pitts, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Ray Pitts, Vice President, Professional Services at SumTotal Systems has over 18 years of systems implementation experience in the learning and ERP industries. At SumTotal, he manages the pre-implementation and process consulting associated with implementing SumTotal software, and provides QA and oversight on projects for large global companies. Prior to SumTotal, he was a Senior Manager in Deloitte Consulting's Global Learning and Learning Outsourcing Practices. He is a veteran in enterprise systems implementations, handling large-scale training rollouts related to system implementations as well as implementing large-scale eLearning technologies to support enterprise learning.

Richard Oyen, SumTotal Systems, Inc..

Richard Oyen directs SumTotal’s Customer Value Program, giving customers the practical advice they need to get the most from their talent development initiatives. Richard has over 20 years of experience in HR and Performance Management with renowned companies such as Oracle, Walgreens and Keynote Systems. Richard has also worked as an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management at the University of San Francisco. He is SPHR certified and has both a BS from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Rita Hartman, SunGard Public Sector.

Rita Hartman is a Customer Education Specialist, handling the design and delivery of Synchronous and A-synchronous learning content for SunGard Public Sector customers. Rita is a SunGard Public Sector Certified Presenter and delivers both online and in person classes to customers and employees. Rita has also been a frequent presenter and participant at industry conferences such as the E-learning Guild Online Forum and SPS User group conferences. Rita holds a CPA license, an accounting degree, a Bachelors in Business administration and an MBA.

Robert Sandy, SumTotal Systems, Inc.

Robert Sandy is a Senior Consultant with SumTotal Systems Talent Development Solutions Group. Robert has 17 years experience in organizational development, executive education and HR. Employed by fortune 500 companies, he has implemented LMS and performance management solutions as well as created and delivered hundreds of training programs including: customer service, sales, system applications, communications and leadership development. Currently Robert consults with SumTotal Systems customers to help them best utilize TotalPerformance.

Stephen Powers, has over 15 years of professional experience in the areas of training, instructional design and process improvement.  Stephen has 7 years experience designing and developing web based electronic performance support tools.  In his current role as a Trainer Consultant at WellPoint, he has spent the past 4 years coaching and consulting with internal clients on all aspects of the implementation of their learning initiatives in the corporate LMS.  Stephen holds the designations of Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Instructional Technologist (CIT) and Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CCT+). He holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University and a Master of Education (in Instructional Technologies) from Troy University. 

Steven K. Wells , Wyeth Pharmaceuticals

Steve has 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. In 1989 when Steve joined Wyeth, he has stepped his way through positions as Sales Representative, Hospital Representative, Regional Trainer, District Manager, Group Training Manager, Training Director and is currently heading up the Office-Based Sales Education team as Senior Director of Commercial Learning and Development. Steve has demonstrated ability to use proven educational methods and adult learning to develop new competencies in his often diverse learning audiences. His success is related in large part to his focus on enhancing a solid instructional design process and to execute the use of learning technology to make corporate business objectives and foster a learning culture at Wyeth. Mr. Wells has led Wyeth’s initiative to increase the use of blended learning and technology-based training solutions throughout the sales organization

Tony & Patti are members of the Minnesota Department of Transportation's Workforce Development office.  Their mission is to establish Pathlore as an indispensable tool for planning, scheduling, delivering, tracking, and evaluating training/learning.

Tony has an MA in Organizational Management and has spent the last 13 years leading strategic, operations, staffing, and training initiatives both at the regional and statewide level.  He spends most of his time wrestling with the question, "What should the size and make-up of Mn/DOT's workforce be?"

Patti has vast experience in coordinating training programs at both regional and statewide levels.  She is chief troubleshooter/trainer/and key expert for both Mn/DOT's and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's LMS operations.

Walter Wimberly, LMS DB Administrator, SunGard Public Sector

Walter Wimberly, LMS Database Administrator, oversees the daily operation of SunGard Public Sector’s Pathlore LMS system.  Walter works on developing custom enhancements to the learning management system and overseeing the creation of on-demand content. Previously, Walter has assisted small companies in developing their on-line presence, and uses this background to create meaningful reports about site usage, build the enhancements onto the site, and improve the usability of the site.
